Refined development workflows and processes to improve frequency of releases, overall quality, and internal organization. Plan QA roadmap, such as adding automated tests into CI and continually expanding tests. Write and execute automated tests using the Cypress framework. Administer Atlassian Cloud software.
Locafy | January 2022 to December 2022 (contract)
Responsible for establishing QA procedures for manual and automated testing. The R&D team built and released a v0 cross-platform app for self-serve SEO optimization and billing management. Once released, we quickly iterated and had almost daily releases--including bug fixes, new features, and general improvements--during the following three months.

Maintained testing responsibilities, in addition to onboarded and continuously trained new QA team members. Served as QA project lead for various builds, and managed all production testing after each release.

Manually tested a SaaS edtech product, as well as wrote manual test plans in Zephyr. I ensured build requirements were met and technical documentation was updated as needed.

Demoed applications internatlly and externally throughout the project lifecycle. I worked closely with developers to ensure the clients' objectives were met, and created user training guides to provide seamless tranistion to clients.
Institute for Journalism in New Media | January 2015 to April 2016 (contract)
Worked alongside product woner to develop a curation management system and iOS app using agile methodologies, while assiting to coordinate and manage a 13-person project team. I developed custom workflow procedures to curate existing news content for the target audience, in collaboration with senior executives and leadership to understand existing processes and standards.

Produced internal newsletters and employee profile series for the engineering department. As well as assisted in production and planning of internal video and audio broadcasts.
